Hi! I saw that my article was moved from "Corb Shepherd" to "Raven Shepherd" (corb=raven - in romanian) Thank you! But I saw that a club corbi.ro put their link there. I wrote the article after I read on arc.ro (the official site of Romanian Kennel) and from 2 books I have home. I also write a similar article on infodogs.co.uk. Soon I'll write more about this breed and I'll also put the 2 books at biography ... but I don't think it's fair that other links of some clubs to appear here if they have nothing new to say.

Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anusk1313 (talkcontribs) 17:01, 25 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It's pretty standard for lesser known breeds to have their breed clubs linked to from the article. Miyagawa (talk) 17:24, 25 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I saw that you kept my article ... you add link to your club (NOT to the official site ach.ro) and delete my source - the site I read and write about this... In this case I want to report abuse — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anusk1313 (talkcontribs) 19:54, 25 November 2011 (UTC) Where can I report the abuse? Btw .. I already put my texts on other sites ... If you don't replace the club site withthe official site ach.ro and also the soure I want all my contribution to be deletes. I wrote the article .. I know what was my source ... If you want to add your site, you can write by yourself. I'm still trying to get an email adress or a phone number where I can report this abuse — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anusk1313 (talkcontribs) 20:04, 25 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry if I've offended you in some way, it was not my intention. I was trying to add to the article you began. I've improved quite a number of similar articles and in cases where the breeds aren't well known internationally then the breed clubs are a good source of information as they are considered to be experts on the subject. Websites such as infodogs.co.uk are not suitable for sourcing, and in fact you've gone a step further in copying large sections of text from that website to wikipedia which is a copyright infringement. Regarding the standard issue - the two standards should be exactly the same except that the breed club helpfully gives a translation into English and so is preferable for the English language Wikipedia. It was in this translated standard that the breed clubs gives an English language name for the breed - Romanian Raven Shepherd Dog. I'm not Romanian and have no knowledge of the Romanian language, nor had I heard of this breed prior to seeing the article you created, so I really have no hidden agenda here other than helping you. If you feel the need to report my conduct, then I suggest using Wikipedia:Dispute resolution noticeboard which will direct you along the appropriate channels. corbi.ro just copy and paste from ach.ro (http://www.ach.ro/2011/standarde/corb-en.pdf)word by word. And on infodogs.co.uk I wrote first about this dog. I'll put at biography: Ion I. Ilinescu - Corbi-Argeș,tradiție și contemporaneitate" , editura Tiparg,2004 This is the book where I read first about this dog, after that on the offial site ... And first I wrote on infodogs.co.uk ... and after that I start writing here ...but I can se that some people are working and an unknown club is put ar source — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anusk1313 (talkcontribs) 21:02, 25 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

All breeds that are recognized by a national kennel club will have a breed club. It is the breed club that creates the standard and it is approved by the national kennel club. That's why they're the same word for word - they should be. If you wrote the information then it's better to quote the books rather than the website, and in order to stop it seeming like a copyright violation it'll need to be re-written to present the same information in different wording. Other names "Corb Shepherd" NOT "Corbi Shepherd" corb=raven and corbi=ravens (bad plural) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.112.88.144 (talk) 16:42, 4 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
