kick offs
[edit]I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY YOU CANNOT USE A (TRI-POD) WHEN KICKING OFF, AFTER THE WIND HAS BLOWN THE BALL OFF THE TEE. IT SEEMS IT WOLD BE FAIR TO BOTH TEAMS AND NEITHER TEAM WOULD LOSE THE SERVICE OF 1 PLAYER WHO HAS TO HOLD THE BALL. IT SEEMS TO BE A DISADVANTAGE TO THE KICKING TEAM WHO LOOSES A PLAYER FROM GOING DOWNFIELD AFTER THE KICK.
