Imperial Vicar's Eagle

Can anyone state the source for the Imperial Vicar's Eagle? Hitherto, I have never heard of the vicar having the right to use the imperial eagle. -- Orthographicus (talk) 09:23, 12 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Does it say what the bird type is?
