[edit]What height does the front legs have to lift up in order to be classified as rearing?
- Any height at all. With the hind feet on the ground, the horse not moving forwards, and the front feet both off the ground, that is rearing. Snezzy (talk) 10:06, 19 September 2012 (UTC)
- At least, they are thinking about it. Unless we are talking about a levade, which is basically a controlled rear.
