should we talk about its context in the Japanese language also?andycjp (talk) 01:47, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Be WP:BOLD, provided that you can meet the criteria of WP:V and WP:RS. However, please do note that the lack of detail specifically pertaining to Japanese may be due to much detail being universal across all CJKV (obviously Japanese is not the only language which uses Radical 113, and as with many characters, usage and meaning may be the same in other languages). If there is little variation, there is no need to specifically give mention to the radical's usage in Japanese. Also note that this article is about the radical, not the character - the Radical (Chinese character) is that little thing at one side of a Chinese character; if you are after the character itself, go to the corresponding Wiktionary entry. The radical entry deals with etymology and radical placement within characters to represent meaning, and so there should be no example sentences, long paragraphs about word usage, meaning and the like, as Wikipedia is not a dictionary or a guidebook according to policy. -- 李博杰  | Talk contribs email 05:53, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
