[edit]Prostitution in the bahamas IS ILLEGAL. Full Stop. The laws of the bahamas are online. Read them for yourself. Rhomance F (talk) 13:21, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
there are also proven surveys done with actual foreigners that entered the bahamas under the guise of "modeling" but actually went to engage in prostitution. An almost 96% of the individuals that enter the bahamas to engage in prostitution are sex workers in their native country. these workers also attempt to extend stay in the bahamas for the purpose of continuing such activities. a vast majority of people convicted in the bahamas for human trafficking are themselves either resident (not citizen) or visitor (entered under a tourist visa/ temporary exemption). - @Rhomance F: Perhaps you could give us a link to the relevent legislation that makes prostitution illegal. The Penal Code and Sexual Offences Act 1991 only make related activities illegal. --John B123 (talk) 15:27, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
