User:Necrothesp recently changed 1924 Liberal candidate from F Gray to Francis James Gray. I do not believe that this is the same person. In Gray's article it talks of a 7 year ban in 1924 which I believe was served. This would have precluded him standing again until 1931. Graemp (talk) 14:42, 2 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
According to Gray's DNB entry it is indeed the same person. "He blamed the disappointing result on the effects of the Zinoviev letter." The DNB entry does not mention a ban; in fact, it states that "Gray himself escaped censure". -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:25, 2 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
