The Swedish police reorganised January 1, 2015, rendering most of the titles inaccurate or wrong (e.g. there are no county police commissioners any more). I haven't found any corresponding new source yet, or an official document with English titles, but I'll keep looking. It would make sense to incorporate a new smaller section of the rank in the article on the Swedish Police Authority, once an update has been made.
