Find correct name
The airport is not listed as João Paulo II anywhere.
The airport's own website calls itself simply Ponta Delgada, and has no mention of João Paulo.
Template:Regions of Portugal: statistical (NUTS3) subregions and intercommunal entities are confused; they are not the same in all regions, and should be sublisted separately in each region: intermunicipal entities are sometimes larger and split by subregions (e.g. the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon has two subregions), some intercommunal entities are containing only parts of subregions. All subregions should be listed explicitly and not assume they are only intermunicipal entities (which accessorily are not statistic subdivisions but real administrative entities, so they should be listed below, probably using a smaller font: we can safely eliminate the subgrouping by type of intermunicipal entity from this box).

I've enlarged the article a bit. There are a couple of bits where I couldn't find citations for the original text, and have marked up accordingly. Apart from that I've done the bibliography etc. and added in-line citations throughout. Will no doubt need looking over and editing etc. Hchc2009 (talk) 17:29, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
"Academically competent, those close to him ..." The appositive phrase before the comma according to this syntax refers to "those". If it's supposed to refer to Philip, reword this sentence.

The name 'Hispanic-American Empire' can be properly used to design the American places ruled by Spanish, in a certain time, just 50 officials in 'La casa de las Americas' in Seville controlled it all, but the rest of places in Europe were Philip IV of Spain and his antecessors since Charles I of Spain and V of Germany were considered 'head of state', are probably better referred to as: 'The Hapsburg's Empire' or 'the Burgundian's Empire'. Or not?--Jgrosay (talk) 00:21, 23 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
