Typo in name of reference work from error in source catalogue?
[edit]One source is named as "Slap tubes and other plosive aerophones : the greatest music-kaing idea that most people have never heard of". However an image of the book cover at Amazon clearly shows the subtitle with the word "music-making" instead of "music-kaing".
