Philip Burton → Philip Burton (politician) – Move is necessary per WP:NOPRIMARY. See Philip Burton (disambiguation). 4meter4 (talk) 23:09, 19 August 2021 (UTC)

- Support per nomination. The seven-sentence stub for the politician is certainly not the primary topic. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 02:24, 20 August 2021 (UTC)
- Strong support the theatre director has 582 views compared to only 18 for the politician and 18 for Philip Burton Jr.[[1]]. Crouch, Swale (talk) 09:26, 20 August 2021 (UTC)
- Support per nomination. Laurel Lodged (talk) 09:49, 20 August 2021 (UTC)
- Support, per nom. A clear case. Perhaps there is even a primary; anyway, this is not it. SeoR (talk) 11:03, 20 August 2021 (UTC)
- Support per nom, and DAB at base name.--Ortizesp (talk) 05:44, 22 August 2021 (UTC)
- Comment - Shouldn't it be moved to Philip Burton (Irish politician) ? Phillip Burton (wuth 2 L's) was an American politician, should he be moved as well? Spleodrach (talk) 10:49, 22 August 2021 (UTC)
- I’m not seeing the need to disambiguate the page on the American politician as it is the only article with that spelling of the first name. I have no issue with adding the qualifier Irish to the dab title, but again it’s not essential at this point. If and when a second article with the spelling of two lls in the first name comes up then all of that will become necessary.4meter4 (talk) 14:06, 22 August 2021 (UTC)
- Support per nom. A hatnote is sufficient on Philip Burton (politician), we can rely on the small details to distinguish him from the San Francisco politician Phillip Burton. User:力 (power~enwiki, π, ν) 22:54, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
