What happened in non-diocesan schools with non-diocesan priests is under no control of this ordinary, and courts have ruled thusly. The fact that the diocese has published the names of the accused is a courtesy to those residing in the geographical territory, and if someone wants to argue in favor of inclusion on the diocesan article, it would be better than trying to suggest that it has something to do with one and only one diocesan ordinary.
