Planned rewrite
[edit]Not sure if any article watchers are still active; just notifying that I intend to rewrite this article, with more emphasis on history of personal ads and sociological views. I've started gathering sources here. (The single ref in the current article will not be used in the rewrite.) Schazjmd (talk) 23:42, 30 April 2021 (UTC)
Attribution
[edit]Some sentences in this article are identical to sentences in Mail-order bride. As I was writing this article, there was content that also was applicable to the other, and I copied my work there. Schazjmd (talk) 00:18, 1 June 2021 (UTC)
