Sources and sentence
[edit]1. "In a familiar version, she dipped him in the River Styx, holding him by one heel, which remained vulnerable. In an early and less popular version of the story, Thetis anointed the boy in ambrosia and put him on top of a fire to burn away the mortal parts of his body."
What are the sources of these two versions?
2. "in another, he was reunited with Thetis and made immortal."
What's the source for this?
3. "And there was his tomb, according to a poem in the Greek Anthology."
A sentence that starts with a conjunction is not elegant. Beside, this sentence is somewhat redundant with the opening of the same paragraph. I'm not sure eliminating the sentence would be the solution to provide a better paragraph.

Golden Fleece
[edit]Heracles didn't quest for the Golden Fleece, Jason did. I don't think Peleus joined Jason, either but Acastus did. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:56A:7058:C00:85FC:B768:7E0B:D626 (talk) 18:42, 29 October 2015 (UTC)
