@Rustygecko, The top 5 editors of this article are (in order): Cakelot1 (me), Spiralwidget, ThingsCanOnlyGetWetter, Totalpoliticsuk and Tom Morris. Each of those accounts have edited a lot of other articles, and some for very many years, so it's very unlikely that any are Waugh's PR team.
