On page 10 of the January 31, 1925 Exhibitors Herald there is a photo captioned of a film actor meeting with a Capt. Paul Logan and an assistent of the mayor in San Francisco, all without any further explanation. If it can be established that this is the same person / Army officer as the Logan of this article, this would be a public domain photo available for use.
