The History section was re-labeled Origins.
The sections discussing the company partnerships were consolidated under one heading, Partnerships and Acquisitions.
Authors were added to their citations in the references.
The section discussing the company's charitable actions was omitted for two reasons:
One paragraph was insufficiently paraphrased from the source material. (SeeWP:CLOSEPARAPHRASE.)
A company's charitable actions may be laudable, but those laudits ought to be mentioned elsewhere. (SeeWP:NOBLECAUSE.)
The article contained WP:TOOMANYREFS. Excess citations were omitted. Excess Wikilinks were also omitted. (SeeWP:LINKCRISIS.)
Promotional tone and emphasis on the company's offerings and products were tightened and/or omitted.

___________
^This part of the edit request proposal was declined because having the article named ParkWhiz whilst the lead statement refers to the company as Arrive is not a preferred modus operandi. Furthermore, the claims in the remainder of the edit request continue to call the company ParkWhiz, when the article ought to have a consistent name throughout (either one name or the other, but not both names). Finally, sentences within this claim use promotional phrasing in Wikipedia's voice (e.g., "its transformation into the leading provider of solutions" and "Arrive helps brands easily offer parking" and "It powers hundreds of the company's partner-branded experiences.") SeeWP:PROMO, WP:PEACOCK.
^The asked-for changes in this section of the edit request are already in the article.
^The requested phrase contains a grammatical error. The claim was otherwise added as "employs more than 100 people".
^The date that this partnership came into effect was not mentioned.
^The date in which ParkWhiz received this funding has not been placed in the claim.
