[edit]QUOTE: Padmanabhan Palpu LMS, DPH (Cantab) FRIPH (London) (2 November 1863 – 1950) was a bacteriologist and social revolutionary. Ritty Lukose describes him as the "political father" of the Ezhavas, who are numerically the largest caste in the region now encompassed by the state of Kerala. END OF QUOTE.
Ezhavas are the traditional population of Travancore kingdom.
Apart from that, in this article, it is not mentioned how he, who is mentioned as belonging to a lower class population, was able to go to England and study Medicine from there. Could that information be added?
