buried in sediment?
[edit]a roadside marker along US-20 claims the Owl Creek mountains formed under the sea and were entirely buried by ocean sediment before the uplift drained the ocean away, and the ocean sediment has all eroded off. This seems notable. 65.118.97.26 (talk) 23:41, 6 August 2018 (UTC)
