Rewrote article

I've lived two blocks away from OBT for two years now. I've pretty much been able to delineate the unofficial red-light district based on where the strip clubs and hookers hang out. Most of the area is blighted economically compared to the rest of the city: a number of stores have failed recently. Cwolfsheep (talk) 04:30, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
