In reality, ONB never enlisted more than 50% of Italy's youth (not even after 1937, when inclusion in the GIL was supposed to be mandatory).^{[citation needed]}

I deleted this part, it has no source and I have read in books that more than 70-80% of all children was in this organization in Italy, so... bullshit :)
