Fog vs. Edge

The OpenFog Consortium claims "[it] is the only organization that is focused on fog computing" (source: https://www.openfogconsortium.org/about-us/#frequently-asked-questions). Given that EdgeX Foundry is an organisation focusing on edge computing, we can presume that there's a distinction between edge computing and fog computing, but what is that distinction?
