Chapter list

I cleaned up a round of edits that were made to the chapter list. The Baird's Archive roster (linked as a reference item) does not show inactive chapters, but I assume these good-faith updates are accurate. Omega Phi Chi staff should update these further by clarifying the years the chapters went inactive, and by forwarding those accurate dates to the Baird's Archive staff for their records.
