Ratios

[edit]

I suppose noting the inverse ratio of (frequency of WTF and OMG use) to IQ would not be considered appropriate...Kaz 02:14, 21 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

OMG Clothing

[edit]

A repeat vandal, 65.12.134.148 (talk · contribs), added a redlink OMG Clothing. I don't know whether this is a legitimate edit or not; Google lists an OMG Clothing, but I don't know if they are notable or not. As it's a redlink, I've removed it - but if someone else can verify that it is legitimate and at least stub the article, feel free to put it back in. Paddles TC 14:25, 7 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Vandals

[edit]

Couple of times now ive had to remove lines of "OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG..." from the disambiguation page and a couple of pages linked from there, keep the eyes peeled 81.149.3.38 10:31, 10 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Oh my Gosh"

[edit]

How is it possible that the first item is all about "Oh my Gosh"? I have never heard OMG in an "Oh my ____" context to mean anything other than "oh my God." –ArmadniGeneral (talkcontribs) 04:27, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

you shold add ohio medical group —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.125.8.243 (talk) 02:02, 19 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ohio Medical Group has no page, therefore there is no need to disambiguate. WLU (t) (c) Wikipedia's rules:simple/complex 14:25, 29 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
OMG is not labelled as a disambiguation page, though it functions entirely as one. Sometimes it's useful (even in a disambiguation page) to have meanings listed which don't have their own articles, or oven those which don't warrant an article. There's probably a case to be made for moving all these acronyms to Wiktionary, with redirects from Wikipedia. I confess that Wikipedia is the first place I look for them. Oh my goodness

Why does it redirect here?? O.o —Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.34.2.181 (talk) 13:40, 23 October 2009 (UTC) no — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.213.111.204 (talk) 14:17, 21 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Oh my God?

[edit]

Why isn't it 'O my God' since technically Oh is an interjection and it should be rendered as 'Oh, my God.' I'm guessing the etymology of the word is O my God, reflecting te use of the phrase as a term of adoration rather than in interjection. --Aquahelper (talk) 17:34, 21 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

O.M.G.   : " Oh My God !" - 99.99% of people who use this don't even go to church or have faith..... so who is their god they are referring to?

Is their god a basketball player, paid millions of dollars , that makes a slam-dunk?...., etc.., etc.., or is it a reaction of some personal surprise ? I wonder .., do Buddhists exclaim " Oh My Buddha !"(O.M.B.) .... do Muslims exclaim " Oh My Allah " (O.M.A.) .., and so on ... I ask you , out of every other billion forms of life on earth , why is it that only humans create conflict amongst each other trying to impose ...instead of following the flow of nature? Shouldn't "It Is What It Is" be enough instead of trying to be some omnipotent individual?

When will we realize that Earth saw the rise and fall of multiple species and it's life span is a great ocean compared to a drop of what is called humanity.

Just remember , you and I won't matter 150 yrs. (EST) from now ...., Period!
Just keep chasing the dream and end up regretting what you "Should have & Could have" done but can't ..., when you are old and alone.
