Merge
[edit]I just noticed there are only 3 sources referenced on the entire page. The task of merging this seemed daunting but I think now it's probably going to be easy enough. In any case, I'm keen to get rid of this page one way or another (but leave "nuclear peace" as a redirect to MAD)
