Airdate?
[edit]Adult Swim always seems to show premieres 48 hours prior on their website. Should this be considered the "airdate" or should it be when it actually is broadcast on television? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Evilwillhunting (talk • contribs) 20:49, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
- I think the current practice is Television airdate. Also, remember to sign your comments by using four tildes: ~~~~. TH1RT3EN talk ♦ contribs 23:49, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
Dr. Entmann / Humungeloid
[edit]Two observations: first of all, he appears to be in his mid-30s in the flashback, and when Brock finds him 30 years later, he apparently hasn't aged a day, whereas the rest of the team has. Also, why didn't he answer the page [in Past Tense] (or call for help) on the Team Venture communicator? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Evilwillhunting (talk • contribs) 20:47, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
- The short answer is: this is a television show. The long answer is he was trapped underground until What Goes Down, Must Come Up. TH1RT3EN talk ♦ contribs 23:49, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
- I'd also note we're dealing with all sorts of bizarre super-science here, so I'd let it slide. 207.7.154.2 (talk) 21:17, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
Sloppy Voicing On Billy
[edit]When Billy is gushing over meeting the original Team Venture, notice that the voicing turns very close to Doc's Henchman #21 voice (especially when he says 'Holy Crap!') —Preceding unsigned comment added by Evilwillhunting (talk • contribs) 20:43, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
Year
[edit]The year must be 1969. After all, it has been firmly established that Dr. Venture is in his mid-40s, and he appears to be around 6 years old here. It isn't possible that it is 1959 or 1979. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.191.175.66 (talk • contribs)
- I agree as the lip syncing appears to match up with "sixty", however the word is bleeped out for whatever reason. But you also have to remember that nothing on the show has ever stated what year the "present" is. Especially since the gap between the end of season 1 and the start of season 2 was 3-months in universe, but took about two years in real life. TH1RT3EN talk ♦ contribs 20:27, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
He pretty clearly says "Nineteen-shitty-nine". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.19.100.131 (talk) 02:35, 27 July 2008 (UTC)
Brainulo or Brainula?
[edit]I've seen two different spellings on this article for this character's name, which one is the correct spelling? Zombie Hunter Smurf (talk) 13:52, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
Tobey or Toby?
[edit]The credits for this episode list Tobey Huss and not Toby Huss. Is there any place confirming that Tobey is incorrect and it's actually Toby? TH1RT3EN talk ♦ contribs 22:41, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
- James Urbaniak says so in the comments section of his blog post on the episode: http://urbaniak.livejournal.com/162000.html —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.231.83.194 (talk) 02:21, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
