The article for North Coast, New South Wales should be merged with this one as the two regions are the same thing.

The map on this page shows the various recognised regions of NSW well.

This page describes the geographical area of the region well: note how it says "[j]ust north of Coffs Harbour..."

Coffs Harbour is part of the Mid-North Coast of NSW, not the Northern Rivers. The Northern Rivers is recognised as starting from the Clarence River catchment area, which begins just south of Grafton in the Glenugie area. It extends to the Tweed River on the Queensland border.
