Poorest Congressional District
[edit]The line in the first paragraph "It is the poorest congressional district in the United States." is misleading. That article is from 2021, and in 2023 the 15th was redistricted to include wealthier neighborhoods of the Bronx. There hasn't been a report on the relative poverty of each district since then.
It should instead say something like, "The district has been represented by Democrat Ritchie Torres since 2021. At the time of his election, it was the poorest congressional district in the United States." 2600:480A:8238:B801:60C1:77A9:1C86:7ADF (talk) 17:20, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
