If the article, New Laws, also known as the New Laws of the Indies for the Good Treatment and Preservation of the Indians, are the identical article topics, as the introduction of this article argues, then why are there 2 separate articles in Wikipedia? What is the distinction between them? Stevenmitchell (talk) 18:32, 10 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The link is confusing. I removed it from the title in the lead paragraph. New Laws is a subset of Laws of the Indies. They are not identical topics. Glendoremus (talk) 01:05, 11 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
