Vipz, I haven't seen any source mentioning Ireland in this context despite their long lasting neutrality. Now, the group was not very formalized so maybe there was some engagement at some point but I was unable to read it. The group was therefore narrower than simply bringing together all non-NATO/Warsaw Pact countries on the continent. There was obviously something active, programmatic and intentional in their cooperation and it was not just a blanket term for all the "others". I guess that is why there is no San Marino and other microstates, Spain after dictatorship but before NATO membership, Albania or very notably Ireland.--MirkoS18 (talk) 00:02, 19 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, reference number 4 in the article (Hakovirta) address the issue of Ireland in some depth explaining how contrary to Finland, Sweden, Austria and Switzerland that country never attended NAM summits or events as a guest and showed no interest in doing so. It also was not a part of the group within the CSCE (where interestingly some microstates such as San Marino and Lichtenstein seems to have joined the group as well).--MirkoS18 (talk) 00:13, 19 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
