Significance of the number 163
What is the significance of the number 163? Why was the domain name 163.com chosen? Does it refer to a telephone short code in China, does the number sound like a certain phrase in Chinese, is the number random? -- pne (talk) 15:48, 4 December 2010 (UTC)
