Why the Neutrality tag?

At the moment, this page seems to me to be a rather standard rundown of the subject's achievements and activities, some of it un-cited but in my eyes seemingly run of the mill. What makes this page worthy of a neutrality tag, exactly? There isn't even any discussion here on the talk page, so one wonders how to make the improvements to the article which are called for by the tag. I know too little about Acosta to be able to determine for myself what exactly is and isn't there. Anybody care to enlighten me? Or better yet, anyone wanna make the necessary improvements to this article so we can remove the tag? - Alternativity (talk) 18:29, 22 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
