The main bone of contention appears to be the reference to her year of birth as 1848 and age of 56 at time of death. As per her New York Times obituary, it states that she was born around "sixty years" previously, but clearly could not provide a date or year of birth or even a specific age. I don't think there is any site that can confirm she was born in 1848, but since she was in her late 50s or early 60s, I thought 1840s births was more accurate. It is not a big deal, anyway. The NYT is not very reliable regarding obits of british actors - perhaps they felt they had to rush something into the next day's paper. This site and others that I have seen claim 1848. Best regards, -- Ssilvers (talk) 05:51, 28 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
