Shared material with Conscription in Australia

Well my proposal for deletion has been nuked, but the problem still stands: this article largely duplicates material in Conscription in Australia#National Service in the 1960s, though with less detail and fewer references.

The two articles should be merged: either this one removed, or the section Conscription in Australia#National Service in the 1960s be replaced by a link to this article. I don't care which way the merge goes, but it's pointless to have the material duplicated. Rocksong 07:07, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
