I was in South Beach in 1992 and 1993, and there were plenty of restaurants with "cuisines" and what I imagine one would call a "scene". For that reason, at least some of the content in this article looks like subjective puffery. —Largo Plazo (talk) 16:28, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
