Comparison table is confusing
[edit]Why does the comparison table include anti-histamines amongst the anti-muscarinics? There is no comparison being done. Did the author mean to compare the different antimuscarinics? I don't want to remove the anti-histamines without knowing why they are included since someone might think that Diphenhydramine is an antimuscarinic. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 41.212.64.9 (talk) 13:00, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
Make this understandable for laymen
[edit]This is absolute gibberish for anyone who isn't a biochemist or doctor. Wikipedia (or any encyclopaedia) is supposed to have at least a line or two describing the topic in a way that a layman can understand. Wikipedia is getting out of control in this regard. Someone please add a simple intro. I have no idea what this one is talking about, so I can't. Unfortunate because I wanted a quick intro. Now I will have to go to one of the medical web sites that do explain things better.
So you are admitting you are as thick as two short planks hence are in no place to be spouting comments on an “intellectual” website — Preceding unsigned comment added by 51.7.145.91 (talk) 03:32, 23 April 2022 (UTC)
Mirtazapine
[edit]Should Mirtazapine be added to the "antidepressant" table.
Also, should reference be made to metabolites not being reflected in this table. (Problem is, I don't have a source for this although it is obvious.)

That giant table
[edit]Should it be removed outright? It's a lot of information but it seems way too involved/dense for Wikipedia. I gave it a prose cleanup template for now but I wonder if it should be removed instead. If anyone agrees with me, go ahead and do it - I just don't feel comfortable doing it without other opinions.
