Original article

Should be a reference to the original Horowitz article in California magazine / New West magazine (not sure which name the magazine had when the article was published)... AnonMoos (talk) 12:59, 14 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

David Horowitz's

Claims were not even supported by the Chicago Police, and the source used to cite these claims as valid was his own article written in an online magazine FrontPage which has also made similar (untrue) claims about the modern NAACP. Rotovia (talk) 23:13, 11 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What does the Chicago police have to do with this? The Van Patter murder took place in the Bay Area. I've provided some external readngs for this article. SFWatcher (talk) 18:57, 20 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Financial irregularities

[edit]

Van Patter's discovery of financial irregularities in the BPP books has been removed from this article several times. However, Brown herself reports the financial irregularities in her own discussion of Van Patter's murder. With that in mind, is there any remaining reason not to put it back in, citing to Brown's autobiography? This is not an original synthesis--Brown and other reliable sources make this connection.Pokey5945 (talk) 00:28, 18 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
