Reverting lifeboat tables

[edit]

@Ojsyork: can you explain what is so terrible about my editing that causes you to revert so much of my work? A sortable table has got to be better than an unsortable one with so many variables. I left it so that people can chose to see in date order, by Op. No., or with the different classes grouped together. And a column headed "class" doesn't need the word "class" in every cell. This is not the place to reply.
I shall send to your talk page.

I'm not sure that your long reply on my talk page has answered my question about why my sortable table is worse than the fixed table that I replaced and has been restored. The reply is
Why do we need sortable tables? You do it when there are only 2 entries??
However the table in this article has 12 rows. Geof Sheppard (talk) 13:01, 26 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
