Regarding the 1st Jewish Mayor in Greece.

According to what is known to all Greeks until today Mr Miltiades Evert was the first Jewish Mayor that was elected in Greece as Mayor of the capital of Greece Athens. Why then several media say that Mr. Moses Elisaf is the first Jewish Mayor in Greece?
