Change to issa brothers?

Safety standards at previous company they owned

I notice from part of the controversy section, the article regarding the safety standards at a previous company they owned as been removed with no explanation as to why. I believe the previous businesses the brothers owned along with the safety standards are relative to an article regarding them due to their relevance being the businesses they have built, the link has been put into the careers section of the article but I believe this hides the actual context of the article which directly refers to the safety standards at their company. As such I have placed the article as a citation in the controversy section which mentions they have been criticised over safety standards at the company of theirs. Split proposal

The result of this discussion was to split, however, in attempting to split, the articles are too similar, as the brothers have the same story for most of their career.

I propose that the page be separated into Mohsin Issa and Zuber Issa, mainly after news that only one will be involved in Asda, and Zuber appears to be leaving EG as well. Icaldonta (talk) 09:24, 10 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Icaldonta - I agree & think this needs to happen. Both are notable in their own right with their ownership of Asda & it makes sense given Zuber Issa has sold his holding of Asda this year. BeansS77 (talk) 09:56, 14 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have made an attempt to split them, but there is just too much similarity. They have exactly the same story, as of 2023-ish, it's too hard but will keep this open Icaldonta (talk) 15:15, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
