Was the old ministry name "Human Resources Development" or "Human Resource Development"?

[edit]

There are two clashing ways that the old ministry name is being referred to, in Wikipedia articles.

In this article, it is being referred to as "Human Resources Development" (plural "resources"), while in other articles (e.g. Kanti Singh, Prakash Javadekar, Uma Bharti etc.) it is referred to as "Human Resource Development" (singular "resource").

Which is correct? A lot of articles need to be adjusted, in either case. Neutral Editor 645 (talk) 11:44, 24 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
