Its seems that the section entitled the Decision casts the majority holding in Milliken in a very poor light. The use of the word "coraled" to explain the relation of Milliken to Brown is not necessarily true. Not all legal scholars agree that Brown was an open door policy for integration of de jure segregation. If that were true, this decision would not actually be limiting Brown. We should attempt to explain decisions in a neutral fashion and present varying legal opinions when they exist.
