Service continues
[edit]The DOT is apparently not letting ASA discontinue service for the time being they want to line up an EAS carrier to continue service. The DOT are accepting bids, Delta has applied. However the subsidy requested is over three times the average program amount. For now the schedule will hold at two flights a day. Until the DOT either pays for the subsidy or realizes that no one else will fly it MCN will have service.
- There are currently no commercial flights to or from MCN at this time according to the MGRA website. Local television reported a deal in the works with Sun Country Airlines but as of today, 17 October 2017, Sun Country does not recognize MCN as a destination [1] Not sure if any of the above is necessary... comments?
