Some hints/tips
[edit]- If the system formed near Chuck State (which is in Micronesia) - it makes me wonder what NWS Guam were saying about the system in either the NOAA report to the typhoon committee or operationally .

- Check the Severe folder of the MT Archive here for further advisories if needs be.
- JTWC advisories should be linked back to NRL.
