Possible closing

[edit]

This new information seems too shaky at this point. Since it is not clear what the "warning" means, I propose waiting to see what really happens. Until then, let's delete the passage. Melchior2006 (talk) 17:37, 3 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. We need a good secondary source, not a Wikipedia editor's interpretation of a primary source. That also helps establish that the information is noteworthy enough for inclusion in an encyclopedia article. ElKevbo (talk) 00:29, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ahhh... looks like we were cross-posting. NYS's "WARN" filings are the State complement to the similar Federal mandate. "The New York State Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act requires covered businesses to provide early warnings of closures and layoffs to all affected employees...." In other words, it's pretty definitive. https://dol.ny.gov/warn-worker-adjustment-and-retraining-notification --wiki-ny-2007 (talk) 03:42, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It will be more substantial content if we wait for a third party source. --Melchior2006 (talk) 06:26, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Ok updated everything until post-closure mid-September 2023. Doubt there will be much more to add to this article, for like, ever. Jjazz76 (talk) 04:14, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
