limitations of infobox; an IR is not a "city"

[edit]

The infobox has field issues; "largest city" is not viable for an IR, nor for a village or town, incorporated or otherwise, or for a district municipality. Urban bias/perspective is a mounting problem on various things; this being one of them, across Wikipedia. So is standardization rather that heterogenization of code to reflect differing countries'/regions' usages and reality.Skookum1 (talk) 14:38, 29 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'll refer this to the infobox talkpage; surely there's another one that has more diverse fields, or ones with adjustable-name fields.Skookum1 (talk) 14:40, 29 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Before seeing your post, I'd already changed the label to "Largest settlement". Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 16:18, 3 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
