@Andriyrussu Though I will preface this by saying that I agree that his name should be correctly transliterated as Maksym Yefimov rather than Maxim Efimov, does WP:SPNC not apply here? He uses it on his Facebook account (see here) and his YouTube account (see here). Though it's from the standpoint of real transliteration incorrect, I believe that it should be transliterated as Yefimov/Efimov himself writes it per Wikipedia's policy, at least judging by previous examples (most notably from Zelensky to Zelenskyy, also a non-standard though comparably less unorthodox transliteration).
