Major edit done on this article
[edit]Please understand the reasons below for re-writing this article. If you are the original writer of this article then please consider the following before submitting a work of fiction
- Please understand WP:INUNIVERSE, this article presents the time period from the perspective of the characters of Mahabharata. As it does not identify the contrast with the real world, one is lead to the conclusion that everything listed here really did happen. This leads to the next problem
- All articles on Wikipedia must meet WP:NOTE which means that information presented in a article must be verifiable and the subject mentioned in independant sources. Although a lot of books cover the Mausala Parva, please note that all of them are related to Mahabharata. There are no independant sources for this.
- Disregarding all or most aspects of a work of fiction as a creative endeavour
- All articles on Wikpedia must meet WP:MOS and yes, it is mandatory for all articles. Please understand the significance of each element of a Wikipedia article. I am not getting into other issues but I will tackle them and explain my edits. You might get offended with my edits and with the change in the look of this article but I am doing all this to make this article consistent with Wikipedia policies.
For better examples on how works of fiction are treated on Wikipedia please read The Country Wife, The General in His Labyrinth and Halo: Contact Harvest. Other examples are available here. -Wikishagnik 22:28, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
