Stop hiding this article for no reason. Things have changed. Whatever "consensus" was achieved 5 years ago may not apply to the way things are on the ground now. The article is not the same. The users in question are not all the same. Please cease from redirecting this article. You are not "in-charge". Calm down and discuss before senselessly bulldozing the article.
