Family trivia

[edit]

The mentions of his paternal grandfather & gt-grandfather are extremely trivial. They neither held any position of note nor appear to have influenced Freeman in any significant way. Wikipedia is not a genealogy resource & I see no need to retain the information. - Sitush (talk) 03:36, 30 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Content to be changed: In the "personal life" section, it says "and is no longer a practising Catholic." This should probably say something along the lines of "Martin describes himself as 'no longer a practicing Catholic,' but says he still visits and does so 'unironically'."

Reason: The title of the source is "Martin Freeman: ‘I’m one of few people in my family who would ever unironically go into a church’" and he says in the article "I still like popping into churches to offer one up, light a candle, do all that stuff." Simply saying "he is no longer a practicing Catholic" and not reflecting the other material comes across as cherry picking. 14.12.72.97 (talk) 09:59, 14 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: It's not cherrypicking when he, himself, says he nonpracticing. Callmemirela 🍁 03:58, 16 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
